These will be the illnesses that your character can contract on the site, depending on their species, as most species aren't affected by human diseases. Some are as harmless as light allergies, some potentially lethal if not taken care of.
Poison Blood
Cause; This is a disease that vampires can receive, if they drink blood that has too high of sodium and iron in it.
Affects; Vampires
Symptoms; Drowsiness, dizziness, weakness, coughing up blood, rashes, vomiting, fainting, glands swelling
Course; Variant on how much blood was consumed - generally will go away in a couple of weeks when treated, but will not go away itself if left untreated, and will eventually lead to death within a year.
Treatments; Hvial, a herb used to absorb the disease and consuming plenty of water, abstaining from blood
Heirte Flu
Cause; This is an airborne sickness only Faes and Elves can receive, it comes from a type of mushroom plant.
Affects; Faes/Elves
Symptoms; Nausea, difficulty breathing, heavy drowsiness, fever, coughing, migraines, hallucinating
Course; If untreated within the first seven-ten days, will lead to death
Treatments; Linlea flower
WhiteWorm
Cause; A type of parasite, found in the woods.
Affects; All species excluding vampires
Symptoms; Hallucinations, difficulty swallowing, organ failure, extreme heat or cold, difficulty breathing, paralysis, blindness or deafness
Course; After enough time developing, shuts down the body
Treatments; Radiation and drinking lots of fluids afterward
Biorevision
Cause; Unknown
Affects; All species excluding humans
Symptoms; Drastic changes in nature, loss of appetite, loss or dulling of senses, comatose
Course; Will generally worsen with time, but rarely leads to Death.
Treatments; None known yet
